What is Fit Factory Rewards?
Fit Factory Rewards is the fitness industry’s most exciting FREE loyalty and rewards program. Members can earn points every day and these points can be easily redeemed for instant rewards and savings!
How do I sign up?
You can login to the Fit Factory App and click the Fit Factory Rewards Tile or you can register your email address fitfactoryclubs.com/rewards (make sure to use the same email account you use at Fit Factory) If you don’t see an email, check your spam folder and make sure to whitelist Perkville so that you are always informed of your points.
How do I earn points?
Members can earn points for coming to the gym, group training, referring friends and more. Find the full list HERE!
How do I redeem my points?
You can track your points online through the Fit Factory App in Fit Factory Rewards or HERE. You can redeem your points by clicking HERE
Is there an app?
You can sign up and login to Fit Factory Rewards via the Fit Factory App! Just tap the tile.
What can I earn?
Use your points for free classes, private training, guest passes, gift cards, technology, local deals, vacations and MORE!
How do I refer someone?
Click the ‘Refer a Friend’ tile in the app or go to fitfactoryclubs.com/rewards and click Refer a Friend button at the top of the page.
How long does my referral have to stay in order to get the referral points?
When your referral first checks into the club, your points will be awarded.
How do I enter the Sweepstakes?
You can enter the sweepstakes by clicking the Fit Factory Rewards tile in the Fit Factory app or click HERE to login
Does it cost me anything?
Do all membership levels have access?
Yes, it’s free for all members to use!
What if I freeze or cancel my membership? Do I lose my points?
We limit access to active members only. Once you freeze or cancel, you will lose access to your points within 24 hours. If you come back, your points will be reactivated!
